At Hoodrich Official Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your street gear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Hoodrich tags and labels are securely attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
